I have over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals aged 12 and over, couples, and families challenged by a wide range of communication problems and psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsiveness, and ADHD. I also specialized in the treatment of diabetic individuals and seniors. In my present Health and Wellness Coaching practice, I have helped people to lose weight, manage stress, gain better control of their diabetes, and balance their work and personal life. I take great pleasure in the positive impact I can have on others’ lives.
