I really think one of the greatest strengths BitWine has over other platforms is the ability to integrate seamlessly with your business web-site!

Resmyrranda, I ended up having to email support@bitwine.com with my broken HTML files explaining what I wanted to do and they fixed ‘em right up for me and sent ‘em back so that now they work! Thema: Underagers???

A teenager signed on under his older brothers account and was asking me questions about girls. I didn’t charge him because I knew he wasn’t the owner of the account and I tried to persuade him to ask his Dad these (bordeline inappropriate) questions. This was my very first chat with a client so I was a little off guard, should I have not spoken to him at all because he was a minor? I couldn’t find anything in the help section about it… Do you think it might have been some creep just messing with me?

Thema: Suggestion for multiple callers

It’s rough to try to select “Busy” while talking to a client right away. Today I had two clients contact me at once, one after another. It would be great if, when I’m already on a call, a client was directed to leave a message to ask me for an appointment. It was hard to juggle both of them and I think I put them both off hiring as a result!

EDIT: Nuts! It just happened again while I was charging per-minute so I had to reject the incoming call. Since the other client was “anonymous” I’ll never be able to contact him or her again to explain myself or to send an appointment request! It was my bad for not indicating myself as “Busy” when I accepted the previous call, but it sure would be nice if you folks could automate that!

PayPal has its own fee structure. BitWine itself is currently taking 25% of earnings, so make sure you factor that into your price! Be careful about pricing with phone calls because Jajah also has a separate fee structure.

Hi:)

I saw a previous post about ‘following the API’ to put the chat indicators or the app itself into a page on your own site but its way to confusing for me.

I have a wordpress site and if someone can help me with what html or js code to put into a page so that the chat app opens right FROM my site that would be a huge plus, specially with all the wordpress users out there. Or a WP plugin hint hint…hehe thank you!:)

Top on my list are making chat more seamless with my web-site (Support is trying to help me with this), getting a phone platform other than Jajah so that fees aren’t so variable and unpredictable for experts to absorb, and maybe even becoming the first platform of its kind for text messaging? Hello to all the Bitwine Advisors.

Some of you already know me, some of you will get to know me soon. My name is Jennifer and I have recently joined Bitwine, in order to be of support to you our advisors, especially for the Psychic/Spiritual Categories.

I wanted to take a moment to just introduce myself to you, and let you know that I am here to answer any questions or concerns that you have, gather your suggestions about Bitwine and the services we provide, and help with any issues that you may encounter.

I have worked in the “industry” for over 15 years, providing intuitive counseling and services to clients, in person, on the phone and over the internet. Over the last 6-7 years, I have worked extensively online, with various platforms and other websites, including owning and operating my own Psychic and Healing Website. Being an advisor myself, I know how “things” work, common client issues and complaints along with the spectrum of what advisors experience. Being an expert who provides their insights and knowledge to others in this line of work can be difficult with barriers and obstacles, however very rewarding at the same time! I have experienced what you have, the good and the bad, and in this new position, I am here to help you. I want to make sure that providing your services on Bitwine is easy and enjoyable.

It looks like your profile is completed, so, first, download the BitWine taskbar (http://www.bitwine.com/download/show), then, login and give your clients your profile URL so they can click to open the chat. When you’re ready to start charging, you can click the button to start charging!

just created an advisor account here on Bitwine, and I’m kind of confused by the setup. I don’t like to do tarot readings through the phone and prefer to do my client’s questions and answers in a chat room. I see that Skype does have an instant messenger capability, but do clients get billed when using the chat option on Skype?

Basically, I’m asking if clients can connect to me through chat only?

You look online to me. What makes you think you are offline? do you see the orange BitWine icon on your system tray?

With Jajah, you have an initial free credit you can use. When you finish it, you need to add more. You can see your remaining credit and add more at your BitWine account -> My Profile -> Phone Setup (http://bitwine.com/phone_setup/edit) or directly at www.jajah.com.

This is unrelated to the funds you received from your clients and to the commission you pay to BitWine.

Hi, I just set up an account and it shows me as being offline even though I’m logged in. It shows that I am not available to chat even though my chat is set up. Can you tell me how to show-up as being online? Thanks!

Also, when using JaJah, will bitwine still collect the money due from the client, then I pay JaJah? or is it automated? or should I prepay funds in JaJah? Thanks!

I am new to this and I currently have a skype account, do I also need a JaJah account? I set one up this morning, but I have not received a test call.. Why is this necessary if I have skype?
