Hi and Thank you for reading this. I have a few questions #1 do you have just a chat per min…not voice but like a personal Text room for just customer and expert? #2 I tried that skype thing .lol..it want to charge me 21cents per min? thank you for all your Help

We support all methods: chat, Skype, and phone conversations. Each can be billed per minute. Skype is free for our usage (computer to computer calls).
